How it works

Script. Shoot. Edit.

Video production can seem overwhelming. Don’t worry, we lead you through it and do it all for you! Here is the process:
Research & Planning
We'll set up an in-person meeting or a call with you to discuss your project and brand. We work with you to write a brief or script that delivers your message. We align the brief with your brand identity and style guide.
Pre-Production
We plan out the video production to fit your deadlines and budget. We source and book the best crew, find and secure locations and schedule the shoot. We can even come into your workplace to coach and rehearse with your interviewees or in-house presenters. Now you're 100% ready to call "action".
Production
We provide you with a production manager who will oversee the production to make sure everything runs to plan. The camera crew make sure all footage and audio is captured to the highest quality and your director will ensure your talent speak calmly, clearly and on-brand.
Editing
We back-up, sync and organise all the footage from the shoot. We then carefully review all footage and choose the best responses and clips. We use these to create an engaging story that best showcases your brand.
Music & Graphics
We have the license to thousands of music tracks of all styles and genres and can use these royalty-free in your projects in perpetuity. We can also have an original track designed by one of our composers. We animate images and text, and add "lower-thirds" (names of people or places), titles, credits, and your ending logo.
Review & Feedback
We send you the first draft for your detailed feedback. We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed post-production timeframe so you don't have to pay extra for each individual update. We want to make sure you love the edit before finalising the project. Need a radio ad? We can make a radio version and deliver to the station for you.
Grade & Audio
After you've signed off the final cut (we call this "picture lock"), we finesse the colour grade and sound levels to make the video really stand out.
Master & Delivery
We check the video meets the right video and audio specifications for your delivery platform (whether it's for online marketing, cinema advertising or TV). We also reformat the video to fit different aspect ratios such as 5:4 and 1:1 for Instagram and Facebook. We add captions. We deliver the video in the formats you need to upload to the platforms of your choice. For TV, we organise everything for you. We liaise with the booking agent, CAD and Adstream to schedule the broadcast.
